Boulder City, Nevada is the home of BCBC - just 30 minutes from Las Vegas. BCBC is supported by tax-deductible donations from individuals, clubs & businesses in town, from ticket sales & corporate donations, and from a fabulous group of parents and volunteers. Boulder City was born in 1931 - the same year construction on Hoover Dam began on the nearby Colorado River - thus forming Lake Mead - the largest National Park in America. Today Boulder City has a population of 12,000 and is the only town in Nevada where there is no gambling. It's a rare, small town with manicured green parks, and hundreds of mature shade trees.
